Grain free spaghetti

 There was a time that Rob and I didn't think we could ever eat spaghetti again.....well we were wrong!  We found these are the 'best' grain free spaghetti noodles.

We also like the Quinoa brand ones, they work great as well.

 We use (we make big batches as we like to have leftovers to take for lunches)
2 Bags of Spaghetti noodles (as they are only 12 oz bags)
2 cans of Hunt's Mushroom Sauce (grain free), we have found just the Mushroom & Garlic ones of the Hunt's that are grain free (and that we like)
1 can of diced tomatoes (can do italian style for extra flavor)
1 pkg Sliced mushrooms (sauteed in garlic/butter)
2-3 Bratwurst Italian style Sausages (New York & Hot Italian) skinned and diced, and cooked up
Also used Garlic & Italian Seasoning to help add flavor (season to taste)

Well the day before (August 23rd, 2010) Rob's 40th Birthday we got some scary news from the Dr, he felt that Rob is sensitive/allergic to grains and they were creating a constant inflammatory process in his body.
