Zucchini Bread Muffins

2 cups Cake Four (Recipe found here:
2 Cups Shredded Zucchini
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg (less than 1/8 teaspoon)
Less than a pinch Ground Cloves (tiny tiny bit)
1/8 t Cardamon
1 & 1/2 t baking powder
3/4 t Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 t salt
2 T Honey
1/4 cup Splenda (or sugar)
4 T Canola Oil (or your preference)
