Macaroni & Cheese

Guess it would help if I posted the recipe lol
Since Rob can have Brown Rice on occassion, we used some "Brown Rice, Tomato & Spinach Rotini pasta" that we found at walmart, then we added some Velveeta Cheese, a little Heavy Cream for some creamy taste.  It was really good.

  3. technically I shouldn't be having the brown rice either due to the inflammation and starch turning to sugar for the diabetes, I have since learned to make pasta out of sorghum flour that works really well.

We are Rob & Heather, have been happily married for 8 years. Well the day before (August 23rd, 2010) Rob's 40th Birthday we got some scary news from the Dr, he felt that Rob is sensitive/allergic to grains and they were creating a constant inflammatory process in his body.
